We have a stellar roatation of roasters we tap to bring the best beans to you. Their beans are sourced from the world’s finest Direct Trade farms, then sampled and roasted to build an unparalleled profile. Our beans are roasted to order, and sent to Frank one day after roasting – guaranteeing you the freshest cup. Ask your server about our special rotating roasters.
THE GRIND AND BREW
Your barista hand-crafts your cup only when you order and not before, which means you may wait an extra minute for your coffee but it’s worth it! That extra minute guarantees the freshest, best tasting coffee in town. For our baristas to give your cup the attention to detail it deserves, we employ a variety of brew methods and develop special recipes for each method and roast offered at Frank.
Our go-to method for drip coffee is a pour-over style on the Hario V60 with a paper filter. This single cup brewing method allows you to see that there’s no magical machine to brew great coffee, just dedication and great ingredients. It also allows our baristas to adjust the brew parameters on the fly to bring out every last bit of flavor and sweetness to each cup.
We also utilize the Toddy cold brew method for the best cold brewed coffee you will ever taste and tableside siphon brewing for the true coffee aficionado or the casual drinker who wants to be dazzled.
All of our espresso drinks are made on our beautiful La Marzocco GB5 equipped with precision-engineered VST baskets. All this fancy talk means you are going to have the best cup of coffee available on the market.
