Here at Frank, we’re just as dedicated to great coffee as we are to great sausage. While you wait for your cup, here’s a little information about what makes the coffee here at Frank so special.

THE BEANS
We’re proud to serve Handsome Coffee Roasters, out of Los Angeles, and Intelligentsia coffee, out of Chicago. Their beans are sourced from the world’s finest Direct Trade farms, then sampled and roasted to build an unparalleled profile. Our beans are roasted to order, and sent to Frank one day after roasting – guaranteeing you the freshest cup.

THE BARISTA
Your barista hand-crafts your cup only when you order and not before. That means you may wait an extra minute for your coffee but it’s worth it! That extra minute guarantees the freshest, best tasting coffee in town. While you wait, chat up your barista; they’re friendly, knowledgeable and love to talk coffee.
